1、 Plush cloth

It mainly includes four kinds.

The first kind of ordinary yarn, belonging to boa material, is divided into glossy yarn, which is generally glossy. Under the light, the wool direction is different, and the positive and negative sides can be separated. And matte yarn that is Matt, basically no Yin and Yang, not a lot of current use.

The second kind is called special yarn, including plain cut wool cloth and long short wool. The wool length is about 4-20 mm. It belongs to medium grade material and is also a common plush toy fabric.

The third kind is called long plush. The wool length is in the range of 20-120mm, and any wool length can be made within the range of 20-45mm. If it is more than 45mm, it is only 65mm and 120mm. It is a kind of long short hair. The hair is straight and smooth, and it is not easy to curl. At present, most of the plush toys are used in simulation toys and exported to Europe and America

The fourth kind is called curly wool, most of which is granular wool, lamb hair, or the hair root is bunchy and rolled up. 2、 Honey velvet fabric

The fabric is similar to shearing cloth, but the wool length is about 1.5-2 mm, and the elasticity is larger than that of the shearing cloth;

3、 Selvedge

It is also divided into ordinary side fiber cloth and nylon side fiber cloth, which are usually of ordinary type. Making, cutting, silk screen printing and embroidery are easy. In the case of cutting silk screen printing, the length of the hair should not be longer, usually less than 1 mm. Otherwise, the silk screen printing is difficult, the color is not easy to penetrate, and the color is easy to fade. However, nylon edge fabric is less used, only when special products require strong adhesion;

4、 Cotton cloth

It is mainly used for making high-grade printed cloth, thicker than other materials; it is mostly used in pillow.

5、 Halberd flannel

This kind of material mainly pays attention to the thickness and softness and hardness. It is divided into ordinary polyester fiber and acrylic fiber. The common polyester fiber is hard and the thickness is about 1.5mm. The acrylic fiber is very soft and the tissue is loose and easy to rot. it is often used in gifts and rarely used in toys;

6、 PU leather

It's a kind of polyester, not leather. Note that the thickness of the cloth varies with the base cloth. Generally used in high-end plush toys, but because of its material characteristics, so its environmental protection requirements are also very high.

7、 Zheshibu
