1. Ppcotton

Ppcotton is commonly known as doll cotton, also known as filling cotton. Compared with other fillers, ppcotton is the most suitable and widely used in plush toys. Soft and comfortable, cost-effective, easy to clean and dry. The material is polypropylene staple fiber, divided into ABC grade.

Grade a PP vacuum cotton: every fiber is hollow, so no matter how twisted or pressed, it will quickly rebound to the original state. However, due to its high cost, it is generally used for export toys and domestic textiles such as pillows and space quilts.

Grade B PP 3D cotton: generally used in most toys and some home textile products.

C grade PP two-dimensional cotton: rebound effect is not very ideal, easy to deform, so it is relatively rare at present.

2. Down cotton

Elastic down cotton is a kind of elastic cotton with three-dimensional distribution produced by processing technology. Generally speaking, it is a kind of fiber blended with 2% rubber band in the cotton seed. It has good compressibility, elasticity, excellent handle and easy to handle. However, the finished product is easy to be scattered and deformed after a long time. It is often used in the super soft type of spandex plush toys.

3. PE (polyethylene) plastic particles

Some plush toys have grain by grain stuffing on their buttocks. These fillers are not packed in bulk. There is also a small bag inside the plush toy to pack the particles. 4. Pearl cotton

With the use of the pearl cotton, the internal stress of the pearl particles will gradually release and become more fluffy. Therefore, the plush toys filled with pearl cotton have good fullness, loose and soft quality, and the resilience is higher than that of ppcotton, without agglomerating and adhesion.

5. foam particles

The foam particles are also called snow beans. They are 0.5-1mm nanoparticles (EPS), which have the texture, elasticity, strong mobility and good permeability. It is generally used as a pillow or pillow for the neck of a lazy sofa. Some soft dolls will also be widely used.

Foam particle doll usually combines high elastic spandex fabric, feels comfortable, feels soft and flowing, but because of its poor formability, there are very few nanoscale toys.

6. Grain filling
